Where it all began…
Redmill Consulting was established in 2012 by David Tait and Gregor Ormond with a common vision that recruitment could be much more than a just a simple, transactional process. With a passion to provide added-value solutions they strived to build a consultancy that attracted and developed the best talent in the market whilst providing career opportunities to candidates in line with their own goals and objectives.
In 2021 Redmill Consulting acquired another award winning financial services recruitment agency, Keillar Resourcing. The acquisition created further added value for clients and candidates adding Keillar’s 25 year recruitment success story to its own.
To recognise each company’s successes, names, networks and many years of experience, both businesses have been combined into one new and fresh brand with improved services to better serve both client and candidate journeys. With this, we are delighted to bring you RMK Talent Solutions.
